Naan is only as good as the tandoor it is baked in. At Saanjh 24-7 our naan is hand-stretched and slapped onto the wall of a real clay tandoor, where it puffs up and chars in seconds. Each garlic naan is finished with a brush of fresh ghee or butter and a generous layer of finely chopped garlic and coriander.
