Tandoori Chicken is where Punjabi cooking begins. We marinate bone-in chicken pieces overnight in yogurt, ginger-garlic, lemon juice, and a house blend of tandoori spices that gives the meat its deep red colour and lasting flavour. Each piece is then skewered and roasted in our clay tandoor at high heat, sealing in juices while charring the outside.
